These are both very good punch tools, both with double-action compound handle pivots for most efficient punching. (Much less effort required than single pivot handles.) Both have 6 punches for holes 2mm to 4.5mm diameter. The standard model is suitable for thinner materials and less regular use. The premium model is made from high-quality tool steel and is more suitable for thicker heavier materials, and frequent heavy-duty use. Both have integrated waste boxes with removable stoppers, for collection of scrap.
