Delivery Policy

Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

When you check out, you'll be asked to select a shipping method. We offer the following options:

  • Table Rate (Best Way): 1 to 2 business days
  • Click & Collect: Collect your order from Shoof International Ltd, 224 Laurent Road, Cambridge 3493

Order Processing Time

We're quick on our feet: all orders placed before 2 PM Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM will be dispatched the next business day. Orders made over the weekend or on public holidays will be sent from our warehouse on the following Monday or the next business day.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Once your order is placed, we're unable to modify the delivery address. Please ensure your details are correct at checkout. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, so a physical address is necessary for delivery.

International Orders

Currently, we only deliver within New Zealand and do not ship to addresses outside of New Zealand.

Tracking Your Order

Stay informed from the moment your order leaves us: once dispatched, we'll send you a confirmation email complete with tracking information. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website.
