The Bucas Therapy Mesh Cooler offers all the benefits of the Bucas Therapy range with a design optimised for warmer conditions. Along the back, the rug features a panel of Therapy material made from an extremely fine stainless steel mesh.

This fabric reflects the horse’s natural magnetic fields, helping to stimulate blood circulation and oxygen flow throughout the body. The result is reduced inflammation, faster recovery, and natural support for overall wellbeing.

These therapeutic rugs are ideal for horses with back problems, those who are slower to warm up, or those recovering from exercise or injury. The lower section of the rug is made with a lightweight mesh to increase airflow and keep your horse cool and comfortable during spring, summer, or humid autumn days.

The Therapy Mesh Cooler is not magnetic and can be safely used for up to 24 hours a day. However, it’s recommended to gradually introduce it and monitor your horse’s response.

It also features a silk-feel lining at the shoulders to reduce rubbing, a T-bar with Snap-lock front closure for a secure fit, and cross surcingles to keep the rug in place.

Attachment points at the neck and rear D-rings allow this rug to be worn underneath Bucas turnout or stable rugs, making it a versatile year-round option. The Therapy properties cannot be washed out, meaning your rug can be washed like a normal cooler!
